James Greenop Foundation

We are very proud of our links with the 'James Greenop Foundation' and we value the relationship that exists between the foundation and our school.

Following the tragic loss of James in 2013, our school has supported the foundation and we are committed to doing all we can to help the foundation achieve its aims.

The Foundation continues to raise money to help disadvantaged children and young adults. It also runs and supports a number of local community projects that aim to enhance wellbeing, improve prospects and raise aspirations.

By sharing all they have with others, just as James always did, the Foundation ensures that through any donations James continues to make the world a better place.

We would like to thank the foundation for the support it offers to us as a school to provide our children with opportunities to grow as individuals.

We are very lucky that we have received support from the foundation to run  'Premier League Reading Stars' which had a fantastic impact on our Y5 children last year to improve their reading skills and engagement in reading and also to support us in getting new football kits for our younger and older children to wear with pride when they represent our school.

The pride in the children's faces when they are able to wear the new school kit is brilliant to see and wouldn't have been possible without the support we received.
